Payment and Shipping Policy
We accept payments by Paypal and major Credit cards (using a secure third party processor). Your order will be shipped as soon as the funds are credited to our account.
Delivery Rates and Times
We use USPS First Class or Priority mail to provide a fast and secure service. We offer FREE shipping to any US destination. This offer also applies to APO/FPO addresses.
The average delivery times vary from 3-6 business days after receipt of the order for items in stock. Custom orders average delivery times vary from 10-15 business days after receipt of the order.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return for a refund within 10 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition for us to process your return. We define original condition as new, unused, unworn, and in undamaged original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the refund of your product(s) if items are not returned in original condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed less 20% restocking fees. In case of return or multiple exchanges we reserve the right to charge the original shipping cost with priority mail rates also in case of free shipping.
Custom orders are ineligible to be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Pasquale Iovinella LLC, 112 N. Curry Street, Carson City NV 89703, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
How to Return a Product
Products may be returned by simply contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery for a refund. The product(s) you plan to return must be shipped by priority mail within 2 days of initiating the return process. Please ensure the original or equivalent shipping packaging is used. Please include your receipt in the return package and mark it “Return for Refund #SH (insert order #)”. Kindly allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your item(s) to process your return.
