How do I order from the store?
To purchase an item, simply click on it and put it in the shopping cart. Then go to checkout and enter your delivery details.
What payment do you accept?
We accept payments by Verified Paypal accounts and major Credit cards (using a secure third-party processor).
Do you ship worldwide?
International shipping is not available. At checkout, select the city and state in the US to receive your order.
How fast do you ship your products?
We aim to ship all orders within three business days. Your order will be shipped as soon as the funds are credited to our account.
Who is your Carrier?
We use USPS First Class or Priority mail to provide a fast and secure service. We offer FREE shipping to any US destination.
How do I keep track of my order?
Customers who place orders at Pasquale Iovinella© will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been fulfilled. The average USPS delivery times vary from 3-6 business days. Pasquale Iovinella is not responsible for USPS transit time.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are currently only available at our store location in Reno, Nevada.
Where are your products made?
Every product offered at Pasquale Iovinella© is handmade by Pasquale himself in Reno, Nevada. Made in USA.
Do you always carry the same fabric designs?
No, we have a policy of sourcing only limited amounts of fabric of each design to maintain our stockroom's freshness. Pasquale personally travels to Como, Italy to select each fabric.
